Fine Foraging and Woodland Dining with Wolfe
Join our inaugural foraging day at Gorhambury led by one of London’s finest Chef’s Wolfe Conyngham. You will spend a day in the open seeking out an array of plants from the pasture and woodland and learning basic bushcraft skills. You will be taught how to identify the plants and their different applications for sustenance or medicinal purposes. You will learn how to prepare and cook them to the highest standards.
The cost is £200 per adult but children go free.
We are keen to encourage families to get together in nature, for the children to dip in and out as attention spans permit and create wonderful memories. (The children will remain in your care and Gorhambury cannot be held responsible for free range children and wild behaviour!)
Start Time: 9am – outside Gorhambury House, St Albans, AL3 6AH
End Time: 3/3:30pm
